Having a quiet Thanksgiving at home this year? I have the perfect Thanksgiving Menu for two. A quiet Thanksgiving doesn’t mean you don’t get to indulge in a delicious meal, it just means you need to get a bit more creative with what you prepare and how you prepare it.
I’m on a roll with my Thanksgiving series so far this month so I thought to myself I need to do a post for people out there who might not be having a big shebang of a gathering and maybe they are having a quiet Thanksgiving at home for two. What do those people eat? I don’t think they need a ten pound turkey with all the fixings. There are some really cool, creative recipes out there that are portioned in the perfect way for just two to enjoy. I have complied those recipes into a curated menu that would be great for just you, or you plus 1.
1.Pan Roasted Hen with Curry Shallot & Sage Pan Sauce
2.Stuffed Sweet Potatoes with Pecan Marshmallow Streusel
3.Baked Macaroni and Cheese for Two
However you celebrate Thanksgiving, whether it be with a large boisterous family or by yourself, there is always room to treat yourself to a lovely meal that you won’t end up just throwing away all the leftovers. There are too many hungry people in the world to do that. Hopefully, you found this Thanksgiving for Two post helpful if it applies to you 🙂
I hope you guys enjoyed these recipes. Let me know down below, what you would make from this list and how your are celebrating Thanksgiving this year, I would love to know!
