Air Fryer Chicken Wings
These flavor packed, crispy air fryer chicken wings will leave you wanting more. Leave them naked or toss them in your favorite wing sauce for an added pop of flavor.
- 1 lb organic chicken wing pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chicken boullion
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For Buffalo Truffle Sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup franks red hot buffalo sauce
- 1/3 cup Truff hot sauce
Clean and pat dry chicken wings
Combine seasonings and liberally apply to chicken and massage with your hands (use gloves, tumeric will stain your nails)
Drizzle with olive oil then add fish sauce and baking powder and give it a final mix
Add chicken wings in a single layer to the air fryer and fry on 375 degree's for 15 minutes then flip
Increase heat to 400 degrees and cook for another ten minutes
Wings are done when internal temperature is 165 degrees and you can use a fork to hear the crispiness of the skin on the wings
Leave wings naked and serve or toss in buffalo truffle sauce
