Common questions

Can I make this in the air fryer instead?
Yes, you can, you don’t need to pan-sear it first and the cooking time might be faster depending on the air fryer. Start the cooking at 375 for the first 10 minutes and crank the heat to 400 for the last 10 minutes of cooking

Do I have to use chicken thighs?
Yes, it’s preferable to use chicken thighs for this method as other cuts of meat might dry out and also not have the same level of crispiness to the skin. White meat results will vary with this method.
