I have never been more proud to be apart of such a great democracy as I was this afternoon.
Watching President Barack Obama’s second inauguration today gave me the greatest sense of pride & hope in our nation.
Beyonce experienced a career high when she belted out the National Anthem today on the steps of Congress after the Presidents inaugural address to the American people.
Even though it appeared that she was experiencing sound problems while performing, she ripped out her ear piece and delivered a flawless performance.
Not to mention that her hair, make-up and dress were all STUNNING…to die for! The deep side part, and loose curls gave her the perfect elegant look.
She rocked an Emilio Pucci black gown with a velvet floral print Christian Dior fur coat. She completed the look with Lorraine Schwartz emerald jewelry.
Her husband and escort also looking quite dapper in his grey Tom Ford two piece suit. Jay-Z , in my mind, is the quintessential example of the “American Dream.” So amazed at all he’s accomplished over the years!
Next to Michelle & Obama, they are the second most perfect couple ever!
