For my twist out I do about 8 medium size flat twists...but the exact amount will vary depending on how thick your hair is....the more hair the more twists! I use to secure my ends with small rubber bands when I was transitioning...but if your all natural your hair will naturally hold the twist at the end...Let me know how this technique works for you!
